Ingredients
1 package rotini pasta (follow cooking direction)
1/2 cauliflower, cut into florets
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 minced onion
1/2 red bell pepper
4 basil leaves
Direction
1. Saute garlic ang onion in a very minimal amount of olive oil until golden brown.
2. Add cauliflower, stir fry shortly, then add 1/4 cup of water, simmer until done .
3. Add bell pepper. Season with salt, ground black pepper, onion powder bouillon if desired
4. Add the minced basil leaves.
5. Pour into cooked pasta.
